I think the fact that Gwen and Arthur don’t have much chemistry, due to the fact they weren’t casted for their chemistry. Angel and Bradley are friends and that chemistry translates, just not a romantic one. This doesn’t make them bad actors, but translating platonic chemistry is a skill that takes a long time to build.
